Terms and Conditions
The owner of the online store Printmeeasy.com is the company Abiprint OÜ (registration code 10933224) with the address Vahuri 4, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia.
This agreement stipulates the conditions of the web platform Printmeeasy.com for ordering printed products from Abiprint OÜ (hereinafter: from the Service Provider). If a person wishing to use Printmeeasy.com (hereinafter: the User) registers as a user of Printmeeasy.com, it means that the user agrees to the terms of Printmeeasy.com and undertakes to comply with them. Information about the products sold by the online store Printmeeasy.com and the prices of the products is published on the online platform. A delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the location of the user and the method of delivery. The buyer sees the delivery fee when placing the order.
User rights and obligations
• By placing an order, the user confirms that he has read and agrees to the Printmeeasy.com terms of use.
• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of information, password, account and all activities performed on his / her registered account.
• The user is solely responsible for the copyright of the images used. By uploading images, the user confirms that they own the copyright to them.
• The user confirms that the images uploaded by him do not contribute to the violation of criminal law, local, regional or international law; do not infringe any party's patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other intellectual or proprietary rights; are not illegal, pornographic, defamatory, offensive, indecent, or harmful to children. The user is solely responsible for the images uploaded and undertakes to fully indemnify Printmeeasy.com for any damage caused by the printing of the images and materials described above.
• By placing an order, the user agrees that the service provider processes the submitted data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• The user agrees that the data is stored securely on the servers of the European Economic Area (EEA) countries.
• You agree that Printmeeasy.com will use Google Analytics to analyze data and improve customer service.
• The service provider uses and stores the user's personal data for the fulfilment of obligations, ie to ensure the processing and fulfilment of the order.
• The user agrees that the service provider is not responsible for deleting photo files or other information from the user account.
Print file creation and print quality
The user of the Printmeeasy.com account creates print product designs based on Printmeeasy.com templates by uploading their images. The user is responsible for the quality of the images used in the design. Pay attention to the warning signs that appear automatically when uploading low-quality images. As the user is warned of the consequences of using poor-quality images when creating photo books and canvas prints, the service provider will not accept any print quality claims in such cases.
Preservation of projects in the Printmeeasy.com environment
Unordered saved projects are stored in Printmeeasy.com for 45 days and then deleted. The ordered projects remain in the Printmeeasy.com environment for 390 days, then they are deleted.
Placing orders
The following activities are required to place an order:
1. Registration as a user.
2. Select the appearance of the printed product
3. Select the print product size and other properties.
4. Create a printed product design based on the suggested templates. To do this, upload photos or images.
5. Read the program warnings before confirming the print design.
6. Select the shipping address and method.
7. Read and confirm the terms of use.
8. Select a form of payment and click 'Pay' to continue. If you wish, you can return and choose another payment method.
9. Pay for the order.
10. The order will be sent after receipt of payment.
Before confirming the order of the printed product, the buyer is obliged to read the created design. To place an order, you must fill in these fields and select the appropriate delivery method. After that, the order amount will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount transferred to the Printmeeasy.com current account. If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Shipping costs) will be returned no later than 14 days after the date of sending the notice.
Prices and payment
All prices in the Printmeeasy.com online store are in Euros. All orders sent within the European Union include 20% VAT valid in the Republic of Estonia. The cost of delivery is shown separately. The order will be fulfilled only after the payment has been made. If the payment is made by bank transfer, the date of payment must be the day on which the money is transferred to the service provider's bank account. When making a payment by bank transfer, you must indicate the order number in the explanation of the payment. The service provider shall not be liable for any other taxes or duties that may be imposed on the recipient. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices at its own discretion and without prior notice in all cases unless the online store Printmeeasy.com has confirmed the order but has not yet fulfilled it. If the customer is a legal entity located in the territory of the European Union and subject to a 0% VAT rate, select payment by invoice (bank transfer) to complete the transaction correctly.
The customer has the following options to pay for the order:
• payment on the basis of an invoice (bank transfer) After confirming the order, a transfer invoice is prepared and sent to the user's e-mail address;
• Through bank links of Estonian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay;
• using Visa / Mastercard credit cards;
• Through the banking links of Finnish banks: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki;
• Through bank links of Latvian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor;
• Through bank links of Lithuanian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor;
NB! When paying via the bank link, be sure to click the "Back to seller" button on the bank's website.
All payments are made by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment: when paying by bank link - in the secure environment of the respective bank, when paying by credit card - in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Printmeeasy.com online store does not have access to the customer's bank details and credit card. The agreement enters into force at the moment when the debt amount is received in the current account of the online store. Printmeeasy.com is the main processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Delivery
The goods are sent to Estonia and European Union countries.
• Goods are delivered by courier services OMNIVA, ITELLA SMARTPOST, DPD according to the price list both by couriers and at post machines.
• Parcels within Estonia usually reach the destination chosen by the buyer within 5-7 working days after the sales contract enters into force.
• All ordered printed products will be sent to the address specified in the delivery address field when registering the order. To confirm your order, Printmeeasy.com will send you an e-mail informing you that your order has been accepted and the supplier agrees to arrange for the delivery of the printed products.
• Printmeeasy.com notifies the user that the order has been completed by sending a notification to the user's email address. This information means that the order has been fulfilled and the user can pick up the order himself at the designated place. If the user has ordered the delivery of the goods, the supplier shall forward the information necessary for dispatch on the day of placing the order to the transport company selected by the user for the delivery of the order.
• The user can select different transport companies to deliver printed products from the Printmeeasy.com online store. The supplier ensures the correct packaging of the products. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must make sure that the packaging is not damaged. Damage to the packaging must be recorded in writing on the supplier's delivery note upon receipt of the product. Subsequent claims will not be considered. Damage to the product must be reported to the supplier within three working days. Subsequent claims will not be considered. Return of damaged goods will be made according to the conditions of the chosen mode of transport at the expense of the supplier.
• When placing and delivering orders, the general conditions set by the respective transport company must be taken into account.
• Printmeeasy.com may, in its sole discretion, refuse to fulfil orders without giving reasons. The time limit is calculated from the moment the user made the payment until the moment when the specific product arrived at the supplier's office or was delivered by courier service. The usual preparation time is 3-5 days. The maximum delivery time, ie the maximum time during which the user receives the goods, is 10 working days.
Return and cancellation of orders
Pursuant to clause 53.4 of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer has no right of withdrawal within 14 days if the product has been produced taking into account the individual needs of the consumer or in accordance with the conditions submitted by the consumer. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the subscriber is a legal person. In any case, please contact us at info@printmeeasy.com to resolve return and cancellation issues.
Right to lodge claims
If the user has claims related to non-compliance of the product with the general standards, the user has the right to return the received product within 14 (fourteen) working days, delivering the finished product in person to the service provider's office or using a courier service (at the user's expense). In this case, you need to create an application and notify the service provider by e-mail. Each case is dealt with on a case-by-case basis and resolved within 14 days. If the claims are justified, the order will be reprinted or the money will be returned to the customer's bank account within 14 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
Printmeeasy.com only uses the personal data entered by the buyer to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. Printmeeasy.com transfers personal information to the transport company for delivery. Printmeeasy.com will only send newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address if the buyer has entered his / her e-mail address on the website and thus requested to receive notifications. The buyer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by notifying him by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offer. The Printmeeasy.com online store has the right to provide information to third parties in cases provided by law. Printmeeasy.com may provide personal information to debt collection service providers and default registers as required.
Solving arguments
If the user has any complaints about the online store Printmeeasy.com, they should be sent to the e-mail address info@printmeeasy.com or notified by phone +372 6766 466. If the user and Printmeeasy.com are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the user may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the conditions of the procedure and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the agreement concluded between the user and Printmeeasy.com. There is no charge for reviewing a user's complaint in a labor dispute committee. The user can access the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
Changes to the Terms of Use
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at its sole discretion and at any time. Printmeeasy.com is not obligated to notify the user of any changes.
